When you upload or record songs using our service, these files are stored on our servers and are associated with your user account. This allows you to access and manage your songs across different devices and platforms. We do not share your songs with third parties without your explicit consent.
If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact details you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to store it or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after we have completed processing your enquiry). Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.
You have the right to delete your user account and all associated data at any time. To do so, go to your account settings and select "Delete My Account." Upon confirming your request, your user account and all associated data, including your uploaded and recorded songs, will be permanently deleted from our servers. Please note that once your account and data are deleted, they cannot be recovered.
